Conditionals not working when node translation is enabled

Steps to reproduce

Yes/No choice rounds conditionals do not work when you use a non default language
My default language is Dutch
My 2nd language is French

Proposed resolution

Change French data in:
/admin/structure/webform/options/manage/yes_no/edit/translate

As:
Ja: Oui
Nee: Non
