Refactor fluidui_load.js for supporting the latest infusion library release

Problem/Motivation

I noticed that the Infusion Library has changed a lot since the latest release of this module, and the default Library Distribution provided in this module doesn't work at all for Drupal 11:

Steps to reproduce

Install the fluidui on a D11 instance, test it.

Proposed resolution

- Follow the instructions in the https://github.com/fluid-project/infusion/blob/main/README.md file to compile a new Infusion Distribution
- Refactor fluidui_load.js to load the fluidui object from the new Infusion Distribution.
- Refactor README.md for new instructions on installing the library.
