Replace content lists with Views

Problem/Motivation

There are limitations of the EntityListBuilder class used for the bibcite entities' content lists, e.g. there's no "select all" option ( ✨ Add "select all" option to EntityListBuilder Active ). Many other modules that provide custom entity types have replaced their use of EntityListBuilder with views.

Proposed resolution

Replace the bibcite entity content lists with Views pages.

Build the necessary changes.

User interface changes

It would be possible to easily modify the content lists at admin/content/bibcite/reference.
