No permissions migrated from D7

Problem/Motivation

I just migrated a large website with many content types and many man fields with individual permissions (very complex) and none of the content types has the permissions migrated from D7 to D10.3.2. Redoing all these many many permission is really time consuming.

Why is there no migration path? Is it not possible to build? Is there a different way to get the permission migated or a patch in queue i missed?
