Fatal error with cacheability Metadata when "download directly" is disabled

Problem/Motivation

When the "download directly" is turned off, (see 🐛 Not possible to change additional settings Needs review ), then there is a fatal error with the following message.

TypeError : Drupal\views\Plugin\views\display\DisplayPluginBase::applyDisplayCacheabilityMetadata(): Argument #1 ($element) must be of type array, string given, called in /project/app/core/modules/views/src/Plugin/views/display/Feed.php on line 193 dans Drupal\views\Plugin\views\display\DisplayPluginBase->applyDisplayCacheabilityMetadata() (ligne 2210 de /project/app/core/modules/views/src/Plugin/views/display/DisplayPluginBase.php).
