Deprecate in favor of Symfony Mailer Log

Effort has been ongoing in the community to rewrite Drupal's mail system to use Symfony Mailer ( 🌱 [META] Adopt the symfony mailer component Needs review ). While that work is ongoing, there is a Symfony Mailer → module available as a step towards that goal. This module combines the functionality of Mailsystem, SMTP and others in one solution.

Having thought through it a bit for a while, I think we should encourage site owners to switch to Symfony Mailer. Then, for their mail logging & debug needs, they should use Symfony Mailer Log → .

I propose we deprecate Maillog in favor of Symfony Mailer Log.

Does anyone disagree?
