Main menu links to wrong section

Problem/Motivation

Link is missleading on https://www.drupal-remote-dashboard.com/#7

Steps to reproduce

go to https://www.drupal-remote-dashboard.com and click the Supporters link.
it should go to https://www.drupal-remote-dashboard.com/#7
but in the markup the id is #18

Proposed resolution

use id #7 in the section to fix this problem
