Remove private field from courses

I haven't reviewed the code, and it's pretty new without much usage, but we should probably look at https://www.drupal.org/project/group_privacy → which might save writing a module at all.

Query access must also forbid access for those users.

I'm not sure this is necessary as long as there's a views filter - same as it's possible to show unpublished nodes to users without access in listings depending on views configuration.

Agreed, not something that needs to be a part of LMS core. Updating to remove that field.

Also removed the anonymous visibility one.
