yeah it looks like. the only thing i wonder about it looks like the all shepered elements (the svg, the dialog modal and the highlight) have all now a zindex of 501. i would have assumed that the svg would need a zindex one value smaller than then the dialog modal and the highlighted element? that way it might be more robust and explicit? but not sure if possible and or necessary. but as i've said i've manually tested and things look good.
