Default configuration completly broken

Problem/Motivation

After enabling xmlsitemap the XML file is completly broken.

1. Not a single link is inside.
2. xmlsitemap.xml shows a URL location http://default in the sitemap and that is always incorrect.
3. Select which link types you would like to rebuild shows an emtpy list?
4. Additionally no node types are enabled. They are named "Custom sitemap entities settings"? What exactly is here "custom"?
5. If you enable entities they are by default EXCLUDED? WTF?
6. So I need to go into every single entity type I just enabled and need to select INCLUDE again, but I already enabled it a second before.

Please enable at least basic features and not disable and exclude everything by default.
