That is the label of a view mode that does not exist as part of this projects config. You can modify this in your own project, I'm not sure where it came from.

As I have not added it manually and I cannot find anything about it in D7 - I think it came from my D7 migration than? I also used Diff in D7.

That sounds likely, since config is owned by the site you can change the label in the view mode freely.

Found the same issue on a second D7 site I migrated... well I can change the display name, but maybe it is something the module migration can also do automatically. But I would understand that a clean migration may be much effort for this simple display name fix.
