Applying styles to <li> elements in the ToC

I guess we could add a configuration option to allow custom class names for the <li> elements...

@SirClickalot could you give a try to this issue's MR and see if it solves your problem?

I implemented a new configuration option allowing to define a space separated list of CSS classes to add to the LI elements of the ToC.

I have downloaded the DEV version but I am not seeing the 'ToC list element CSS classes' that you illustrate above?
