DOMPurify\dist folder check complaining incorrectly

Problem/Motivation

I installed the library to libraries/DOMPurify/dist and the module complained it is not installed in the "DOMPurify" folder, but it was installed. I tried to lowercase all "DOMPurify" letters and the warning message goes away.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install to "/libraries/DOMPurify/dist" with camel case
2. Go to Drupal status page and you get a warning that the library is missing.

Proposed resolution

Tell the user that the folder need to be lowercase.

I haved the same problem, you only need rename the name of the folder

DOMPurify ---> dompurify
