Abandoned Cart automation in Mailchimp is sending once a customer processes an order

Currently, our “Abandoned Cart” automation in Mailchimp is sending once a customer processes an order, rather than when a basket has been abandoned for 1 day.

I’ve checked all of our Mailchimp settings and everything is as it should be. I’ve attached a screenshot of our automation starting point, which should show that this email campaign should be triggered once a basket has been left for 1 day.

I’ve also attached a screenshot of the whole customer journey, for extra context. I’ve been through this automation with Mailchimps help bot and advisory pages, but still haven’t been able to find the route of this issue.
