The position of a tip sticks to auto

ok this ticket should fix all the config to be uniform and also fix the issue reported here.

thanks! i've checked out the feature branch and manually tested changing the position for tips on several different tours and then manually went through all yaml files and made sure that the position: '' or position: with a position was in place. wasnt aware that those lines were just missing was the reason for this bug. so overall this looks fine. i guess if there is any oversight i will probably catch it when i go through the different tours finishing the initial audit.

This is all good stuff being found and really should of done an alpha release first. But learning experience for myself
