TypeError: array_search(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, null given when enabling Sticky Action Buttons on Manage Display page

Problem/Motivation

When enabling the "Enable sticky action buttons" feature in the Gin Admin Theme, and then attempting to save changes on the Manage Display page, I encounter the following error:
TypeError: array_search(): Argument #2 ($haystack) must be of type array, null given in array_search() (line 395 of /app/web/modules/contrib/ds/includes/field_ui.inc).

Steps to reproduce

Enable the Gin Admin Theme and Gin Toolbar.
Go to the Manage Display page of a content type or entity.
Enable the "Enable sticky action buttons" option in the theme settings.
Save changes on the Manage Display page.

Drupal Version: 10.3.2
Gin Version: 8.x-3.0-rc13
Gin Toolbar Version: 8.x-1.0-rc6

Please use the latest dev release and check the open issues in the issue queue for related issues.

For now I'd recommend to not using this feature unless the issues are solved.

Potentially have a look at 🐛 Ensure sticky action buttons to work with modals and ajax refresh-calls Needs review if that would fix it. And please have a look at the latest dev release.
