Performance Insights

It would be very useful if the Xray Audit Insights submodule provided insights related to performance or things that could affect it, for example:

• If memcache/redis/... isn't active,
• it could show the size and usage of opcache/apcu/strings
• indicate if any view doesn't have active caching
• if any view does not have the 'filtered by published' option and/or has the 'no alter query' option enabled.
