Unable to modify and save any tour tip for Core due to hyphenated machine-name

Probably need to uninstall and reinstall or will need an update hook to reinstall ALL config.

ah you already beat me to it with tour.tour.menu_ui.yaml when i tried to find where to add an inline comment . there was one hyphen left that prevented the proper install lead to a WSOD (since the hyphen was on the machine name for the entire tour while my comment on gitlab is on the machine name for a tip). i've pulled your latest changes, uninstalled tour again and reinstalled and then went ahead and modified a tour. aside the open comment this looks good. thank you!
