Unable to execute related tests via sqlite successfully

Problem/Motivation

When running related tests that have this field in use I get the following error:

PHPUnit\Framework\Exception: PHP Warning:  Undefined array key "blob:tiny"
in
/.../core/modules/sqlite/src/Driver/Database/sqlite/Schema.php
on line 136

Steps to reproduce

Execute tests with loading an ipaddress field with configs with sqlite.

Proposed resolution

Specify the data type for sqlite in the schema.
