Uninstalling the module deleted commerce default checkout flow

Problem/Motivation

Uninstalling the module removes the default selected commerce checkout flow, (in my case shipping checkout flow)

Steps to reproduce

1. Basic installation steps
2. place the display in checkout flow
3. uninstall the module via terminal or UI
