Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

Install theme and set as a default theme, Scroll down page and you can see header is not sticky at top, There is space visible on top.

    Hi, I have verified this Header should be sticky at top issue with #3467525 MR applied cleanly in the D10 version.

    Testing Steps:
    1. Install the D10 version
    2. Go to the appearance tab and install the Creative & Innovative theme.
    3. To check, click on the homepage. Now you can see header sticky top issue.

    Testing Results
    Now Header should be sticky at top issue fixed and working as expected.

    Screenshots are attached for reference.
    Hence it can be move to the RTBC.
