I mistakenly created a module named htc on Drupal.org, but it was supposed
to be named hts. This has led to confusion, as both htc and hts now
exist as separate projects, although they serve the same purpose. To avoid
duplication and potential confusion among users, I need to delete the
htc project.
Navigate to the project page for htc on Drupal.org.
Compare it with the project page for hts.
Notice that both projects are essentially the same, but with different
names.
I propose to delete the htc project from Drupal.org as it is a duplicate
of the correctly named hts project. This will prevent confusion and
ensure that users are directed to the correct project page.

Since https://www.drupal.org/project/htc → has a tagged release, it can not be deleted.
I recommend updating the https://www.drupal.org/project/htc → project page to mark it as unsupported, and link to the replacement project. So anyone who lands there will have a way to find the supported replacement.
