Provide migration from commerce_vipps module

Problem/Motivation

This module is a successor of commerce_vipps module which was relevant before Vipps merged with MobilePay. All payments created by commerce_vipps ecomm gateway can be managed with vipps_mobilepay_commerce ePayment gateway. Provide the migration path that will, upon installation of this module:
- discover compatible payment gateways
- migrate credentials to connection profiles
- replace the plugin on the gateway and set the connection profile value

With this approach migration from commerce_vipps to vipps_mobilepay_commerce should be fully automated.
