On adding to cart a product:

Error: Call to a member function getRefreshMode() on null in Drupal\commerce_order\OrderRefresh->shouldRefresh() (line 104 of modules/commerce/modules/order/src/OrderRefresh.php).

    This isn't a "critical" bug report. This is happening because the code is loading an order type that no longer exists. Before deleting an order type you have to make sure no orders are still referencing that type/bundle...
