Motivation

It would be useful to have Resource and News RSS feeds (views)

Proposed resolution

Create a default set of RSS feed views.

Remaining tasks

  1. Add RSS view mode for Resource and News Content type.
  2. Add default Drupal RSS type view listing

We may need to include the corresponding config in Sector News and Sector Resouces modules.
