Entity operation wording should match tab

Problem/Motivation

When using this module with a layout builder operation, the text is overridden to "Edit @singular" where singular is the singular label from the entity type (e.g "Edit content item" for Node)

However, the tab is always called "Edit content" as per hookLocalTasksAlter.

We should make these consistent, in my opinion it should just be "Edit content" across the board.
