Invert the role weight / hierarchy relation

Problem/Motivation

Given that the default Drupal core standard profile roles have the administrator with higher hierarchy and higher weight (lowest in the list of roles, and anonymous, which should be lower hierarchy, with weight 0 highest in the list), I suggest we invert the current role weight/hierarchy relation to make it low weight = high hierarchy. This should make this module work out-of-the-box with the default role weights, ie. make it more intuitive.
