Enabling filter on Drupal 10.3 give fatal error.

Problem/Motivation

When enabling filter "Replaces global and entity tokens with their values" for text format and saving the form its giving error:
Symfony\Component\Validator\Exception\LogicException: The LangcodeRequiredIfTranslatableValues constraint can only operate on the root object being validated. in Drupal\Core\Config\Plugin\Validation\Constraint\LangcodeRequiredIfTranslatableValuesConstraintValidator->validate() (line 26 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Config/Plugin/Validation/Constraint/LangcodeRequiredIfTranslatableValuesConstraintValidator.php).

Steps to reproduce

  • Setup Drupal project setup with 10.3
  • Edit any text format and enable filter "Replaces global and entity tokens with their values"
  • Hit the save text format button, an you will see this error.

    Thanks for this report @imran1217, I followed the steps to repeat on a fresh install of Drupal 10.3 (standard profile) and could not reproduce the problem. I'm afraid this will need a little more detail.

    My bad, it was due to ckeditor_readmore → . This can be close I will create issue in that module issue queue. Thanks for quick check.
