Not support block feature plugins for other installation modules

Hello,

This module is very creative, placing different blocks for different pages avoids the inconvenience of managing when adding a large number of blocks in the block layout.

However, it does not support block feature plugins for other installation modules.
For example, in the io module → , when I added a block to the content of variant by page_manager, I couldn't find its feature checkbox of io module.
