Configuration objects provided by expense_tracker have unmet dependencies: views.view.expense_tracker_admin (datetime)

Steps to reproduce:

Create new project with Drupal 10.3
Install site with minimal profile.
Require expense_tracker module
Enable expense_tracker module
Error to see.
