Consider removing LessonStatusAccessControlHandler

Agreed, it'll be only displayed in results (to be implemented) and that page will have its own access check. That data should also never be edited manually.

True, entity-level access is not needed here, some lesson status data is displayed on the results page but access is granted on a higher (course) level. I don't see a use case currently or in the future.
