Confirm version of social_auth

Problem/Motivation

When this was developed 5 years ago it was based on social_auth:8.x-2.0-rc1 which has moved on all the way through 4.x. This may work with both 2.x and 3.x, but it looks like some refactoring was completed in 4.x which would require a refactor on this end with a new version.

Version 2 to 3 of social_auth is primarily a switch to semvar. I've set the module accordingly in the composer.json.
