Unable to disable automatic submission when using select2 multiselect facet

Problem/Motivation

There is no ability to disable the automatic submission when using the select2 in a facet.

Steps to reproduce

Create a select2 facet, click an option in the facet on a search API view, view always automatically submits.

Proposed resolution

Create some button or setting that allows us to disable the automatic submission.
