Media types > audio >> add transcript

We need a transcript on audio files and one WYSIWYG view mode with and without.

Add the field_transcript to Audio Media and type and amend view modes.

SECTOR > MD : /admin/structure/media/manage/audio/display/sector_3_md will get the Transcript and Sector XS won't.

User will be able to choose the Audio View mode in Wysiwyg. One with the Transcript and one without.
