Allow configuration of which links to generate, order

Problem/motivation

The work proposed in ✨ Separate link generation into individual classes Active could lead to a much larger number of calendar solutions being supported. If this happens, a site builder choose be able to choose which they want to be used for any specific use case.

Proposed resolution

Add a configuration option for the links to be generated. Ideally, implement this with an ability to drag-and-drop to set the order of the links.
