Better handling of Search API filter values

Problem/Motivation

Most Search API filters (date, number...) are not display in the filters summary.

Steps to reproduce

Add a Search API date or numeric filter for example and see that the filter values are not displayed in the summary.

Proposed resolution

Handle the cases where the filter value is an associative array containing a value element.
