Hide the Revisions tab for groups

Problem/Motivation

Even though the new_revision config is set to FALSE for all group types, Admin roles still see the Revisions tab.

Proposed resolution

Hide the Revisions tab the same way we do for nodes in hook_menu_local_tasks_alter(). The tab should be hidden if the config new_revision is disabled and there is only 1 revision.
