Call to member function loadAll() on bool in site_settings_token_info()

Have your post update hooks run okay? Means the loader isn't selected. To maintain the status quo of v1 in the admin > config > site settings configuration, you should have the 'flattened' site settings loader selected.

I will re-check and do the updates again.
