Problem/Motivation

Existing encrypted user fields after upgrade the module not showing in the backend.

Steps to reproduce

In order to upgrade to it you will need to Decrypt all the fields and uninstall the module. Again, Install the module and existing encrypted fields back to encrypted.

New user profile encrypted details properly working but existing user profile already encrypted at the Drupal 9 those details not showing in the backend. I have attached reference screen shot here.

I would appreciate any guidance to fix this issue.

    What version did you upgrade from? What were the exact steps you took to upgrade? Please provide detailed steps so that we can reproduce this issue.
