Sandbox complete needs to call AccountSwitcherInterface::switchBack

Problem/Motivation

A BatchOperation script has an option to switch user to make the operation look like it was performed by a specific user. However at the end it never switches back to the current user. This is largely only an issue with running a BatchOperation via the UI.

That class AccountSwitcherInterface has a method switchBack() which should be called during sandbox complete.

Hopefully it can be called safely regardless of if switchUser was called, or there might be a flag to look for.
