Problem/Motivation

@mandclu has been working on an Events recipe → , but it is not published to Packagist because the namespace it's in is not a general project. Instead, the namespace belongs to a misnamed file in calendar_events.

Proposed resolution

Let's convert the Events project to a general project so it publishes directly to Packagist.
