Add a test to verify that values stored in APCu by other modules are not removed

The Alternative PHP Cache module prefixes all the APCu keys it creates with a prefix, to avoid conflicts with other modules that store values in APCu.

There must be a test that verifies values stored from other modules are not deleted when the cache is cleared.
