The visibility of view fields like the visibility of blocks

I am looking for a module to control the visibility of view fields, so I found it that can meet my needs. However, it requires additional fields as conditions, which may not be necessary, but its implementation is not ideal.

I have an idea to transplant the visibility of blocks and control the visibility of view fields. This is very convenient. Just like controlling block visibility, there are many modules that control block visibility, and using them can also control the visibility of view fields.

I have been searching for a long time but have not found a module like this, so I am here to discuss whether anyone has the same requirement to develop it.

There is a module that is very similar, but cannot meet the requirements: views_field_permissions → It only has roles and permissions.
