📌 Show test run time by class in run-tests.sh output Fixed makes it a lot easier to see what's going on, so moving this back to needs review for a bit to tweak things further.

While working on this, I realised we can simplify things a lot, closing in favour of 📌 Order tests by number of public methods to optimize gitlab job times Fixed which includes some of the kernel test changes but removes a lot of the functional ones.
