Socialbase 2.6.0 requires Open Social 13 / Group v2 but not explicit defined.

Problem/Motivation

Socialbase 2.6.0 got released so support group v2 that comes with Open Social 13 and this is backwards incompatible.
This has not explicitly defined and means that if people have there dependencies loosely set it will automatically update 2.5 to 2.6 with Open Social 12 and will break the installation.

Steps to reproduce

- Install Open Social 12
- Use Socialbase 2.6
- Kaput

Proposed resolution

1. remove the group v2 changes and create a 3.0.0
2. add dependency requirements to 2.6 to need group v2 or Open Social 13.
3. Make 2.6.0 backwards compatible
