Main content URL alias path and cross-site linking

Problem/Motivation

Cross-site content links using URL path tokens such as [node:url:path] or [node:field_reference:0:entity:url:path] do not match the path part of the absolute URL [node:url:absoltue] or [node:field_reference:0:entity:url:absolute].

Proposed resolution

Use absolute URL and PHP parse_url to get the path from the absolute URL.
