Add Third Party DevOps Channel

Problem/Motivation

Behind our helpdesk framework, there is always a helpdesk, ticketing or issue backend, which does the job for a service desk, like Zendesk or GitLab. Often, it is not maintained by us Drupal people, but by the customer itself or even a service provider of the customer.

If the backend system API throws an exception, we can handle that exception, but we cannot solve the problem. This has to be done by the service provider or the DevOps of the customer.

Proposed resolution

We want to integrate a channel, that sends as much as possible information to the right place. The first and simple solution can be E-mail or open up a ticket on another helpdesk system.

We might, can create an event and use an ECA and/or DANSE model to dispatch.

Is that really a feature for this module? It sounds more like a generic requirement, that certain alerts should be sent to different channels. ECA or DANSE could be great tools to deal with this, but it shouldn't be part of this module. Maybe building some recipes with pre-configured defaults may be better for that sort of requirement?

As discussed, this is not the right place here, see #3.
