Consider merging with or using the approach of readmehelp module

Problem/Motivation

I see readmehelp module to be simpler, without dependencies, and working out of the box, ie. any module that doesn't have a (core) help function will have it's README automatically shown at /admin/help/module_name, markdown editor included, and even all the administration pages linked at the bottom of the readme.
