Problem/Motivation

Membership requests should be created on Courses only, once accepted, memberships without roles should be transferred to classes.
Class should be selectable if a Course has multiple classes when approving a membership request or when adding a member to a Course.
Because memberships are transferred to classes, additional validation is needed to check if a membership doesn’t already exist on any class.
