I'm working on a Drupal Commerce site and have encountered a couple of issues with translation. On the order information page where the customer needs to enter their address, there is a header that says "Billing information." Additionally, in the payment information section, there's an input box labeled "Name on card." I cannot find a way to translate these fields.

Has anyone faced similar issues and found solutions? Any guidance on how to make the "Billing information" header and the "Name on card" input box translatable would be greatly appreciated.

"Name on card." is probably coming from a contrib payment gateway module? You'd have to open an issue there if it's missing a t() somewhere.
Regarding "Billing information", all occurrences of these strings are wrapped in t(), so not sure why this isn't translating...
